Who finds out what parents want in extremely premature birth? Doctors or nurses?

Seattle Pacific University’s nursing program had me in as a guest speaker on Feb. 26 to talk about our experience having an extremely premature infant at 22 weeks and 6 days of gestation. In this video clip, the question is about who figures out the desire of the parents in an edge-of-life decision — the doctor or the nurse?
